Frog stone Seaside Park

Frog stone is a lovely and frog like stone, which is located near the beach of Xiaowan. It faces the sea, squats on a piece of grass, or hides in the grass. It seems that the calm frog seems to be thinking about something, maybe waiting for the prey to come near, then waiting for the opportunity to catch it successfully, or it is expecting the playmate to appear, and then happy Jump into the sea and play with each other.

The frog stone is about 60 meters high. From the Guanhai tower in the National Forest Recreation Area of Kenting, the back of the rock looks like a frog ready to jump into the sea, especially the outline of the eyes. The similarity is almost 100%. Frog stone and dajianshan are both foreign rock blocks in the mudstone layer of Kenting. These rock blocks are wrapped in the mudstone layer. Because the lithology is much harder than mudstone, after long-term erosion by wind and sea water, they gradually emerge and become independent rock blocks.
