True love wharf is located at the estuary of Aihe River in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan. It is officially named as wharf 12 of Kaohsiung port. It is one of the few wharves open to the public in Kaohsiung port.

True love wharf used to be a bulk cargo wharf, but with the rise of container ships, it gradually declined and became idle. The Transportation Bureau of the Kaohsiung Municipal Government rents this wharf from the Kaohsiung Port Bureau, the "Ministry of Communications" in Taiwan, China. It is developed by the Works Bureau of the Kaohsiung Municipal government to promote the river port transportation route plan and serve as a transfer station for river and port transportation.

The theme of true love wharf is snow-white sails. Combined with the artistic design of flowers, the two seater sails are respectively facing the urban area of Kaohsiung and the Qijin ferry wharf, which symbolizes the dialogue between Kaohsiung and the harbor.
