It is located in the west of Jianshe Middle Road, Zhuzhou City. It is close to the Xiangjiang River and covers an area of 30 hectares, with three garden gates in the East, West and North. It is said that in ancient times, there was a yellow robed monster making waves in the Xiangjiang River. A green dragon leaped out of the mountain and subdued it. In order to feel the favor of the dragon, later generations named this mountain penlong mountain.

Features of scenic spots

The whole park is divided into districts. In the dense forest of penlong mountain, there are martial arts halls for teaching and learning martial arts, as well as quiet wooden pavilions and Silong pavilions. In the south of the park, there are rockeries with different heights. To the north of the park is the vast dragon pool, surrounded by winding paths and willow catkins. There is a Dragon Cave not far from the Dragon Palace. It is half a mile deep. From north to south, the cave passes through penlong mountain, just like a giant dragon lying at the bottom of the mountain.
