Longgu Village

Longlongzhai scenic spot is located in the southeast of Shizhu Tujia Autonomous County, Chongqing, 15 minutes' drive away from the county seat, with an area of more than 6000 mu and a tourist area of more than 5000 mu. It is adjacent to wanshouzhai scenic spot, echoing Huangshui National Forest Park and Lixin wind power station.

Development history

Located in the southeast of Shizhu County, 20 kilometers away from the county seat, Liutang township. It can be reached along Pingqiao Village Branch Road of Guizhou Shijiazhuang highway. It is a comprehensive mountain forest Buddhist resort integrating sightseeing, summer vacation and Buddhist culture experience. It is named for its mountain like flying dragon. It was opened to the public in 1993.

Main attractions

The total area of Longgu village is about 40000 square meters, the top area is 2000 square meters, the highest altitude is 1543 meters, and the height is 500 meters. Longgu village is known as the second "Emei". During the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty, the monk named "natuo" was ordered by the elder "Emei" to visit the fairyland and holy land of cultivation. Later, temples and halls were built in Longgu village. The materials collected and reported by master natuo are now stored in the Jinding Temple of Mount Emei. The whole village is extremely magnificent and beautiful, magical and meaningful, surrounded by rock ups and downs, dangerous still living, beautiful and charming natural scenery. The main landscapes are dragon and lion treasure, three scriptures, golden shoulder pole, Golden Duck, soMi cave, Yihe boxing altar, ancient plank road, Nantianmen, sutra Pavilion, stone tablet and stone carving. Every year, the temple fair of Guanyin Bodhisattva and the temple fair of "Jingnan Tianmen" are very lively, with an endless stream of good men and women.

Longlongzhai is famous for its majestic precipitousness and long history of Buddhist culture. According to Shizhu County annals, "Longgu village, on Longgu mountain in Sanhui Township, is surrounded by cliffs, and only a small path leads to the top of the village. The top of the village is flat. There are three strange rocks like crabs, lions and toads, and two hills like green lions and white elephants. In front of the village, there is a plank road with a width of less than one foot connecting the green lions, white elephants and Longgu village. The Longgu village is surrounded by clouds and fog, and the top of the village appears and disappears. On July 24, 1928 (September 7, 1928), more than a thousand Shizhu soldiers withdrew from the county. They defended the county with great danger and defeated to suppress the officers and soldiers. There are many scenic spots in the village, such as three scriptures, full shoulder pole, Golden Duck, soMi cave, Yihe boxing altar, ancient plank road and so on. And organically combined into a dragon to fly. The village is also rich in forest landscape resources, beautiful scenery, magic meaningful, annual maximum temperature is only 27 ℃, is a good place for summer leisure.
