The frontier new movement is located in Shihezi City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The sculpture is located in the East community of Shihezi Recreation Square. It is created according to the overall planning of the new sculpture group in Shihezi. The sculpture is composed of three women and a baby boy. The overall height of the sculpture is 4 meters. The main body is 2.8 meters high, 7 meters long and 1.7 meters wide; the base is 1.2 meters high, 8 meters long and 2 meters wide. According to the theme, the sculptor arranged the four characters in an orderly way. In the middle, the mother holding the baby is the leader of the group sculpture. She is the representative image of Shandong and Hunan women who came to Xinjiang production and Construction Corps in the early 1950s. In front of it, leaning on a young girl with short hair, is reminiscent of the educated youth in Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Wuhan and other places who participated in the construction of the Corps in the 1960s.
