Production steps:

Step 1: shred celery, chopped scallion and garlic, set aside.

Step 2: blanch the vermicelli for a while, soften and remove, add soy sauce and a little oil and mix well.

Note: the whole process should not exceed 5 minutes. If you blanch the celery in advance, it's one minute. Because the vermicelli is ripe. It's a blending process.
