Wangyedian National Forest Park is located in Wangyedian Town, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is adjacent to Longhua County and Weichang County of Hebei Province and belongs to the junction zone of Great Xing'an Mountains and Yanshan Mountains. It is 100 km away from Chengde and 55 km away from Chifeng. It is located in the southwest of Kalaqin banner, with a forest area of 348000 Mu and more than 20 tree species such as pine, cypress, birch and Tilia. There are dozens of animals and birds such as leopard, fox, rabbit and cockfight in the forest area. There are more than 100 kinds of medicinal materials such as Bupleurum and acanthopanax senticosus, and more than 10 kinds of forest products such as golden needle, Auricularia auricula and wild leek. The forest area is full of mountains, dense forests and beautiful scenery. In the Qing Dynasty, it was part of Mulan paddock, where Kangxi and Qianlong hunted many times. There are many beautiful sceneries such as Maojingba, yunvfeng, jiucailou, Dishuihu, etc.

Features of scenic spots

The forests in the park are distributed in an orderly way. They are colorful and emerald. They are tall and straight, charming and charming, or a-na-duozi, which makes people relaxed and happy. The scenery is rich in seasonal changes and different in four seasons, which is suitable for tourists to enjoy. In spring, trees are revived, flowers are in full bloom, colorful; in summer, shade is rich, green, butterflies are dancing and birds are singing, cool and pleasant; in autumn, red leaves are like fire, colorful, crisp and beautiful; in winter, silver is wrapped in plain clothes, Yushu ice flower, pine is straight, and snow is magnificent. Maojingba

Maojingba (formerly known as Moqin chahantuo luohaishan) is located at the junction of four banners and counties (Kalaqin banner, Ningcheng County, Longhua County and Weichang County) of two provinces (Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Hebei Province). Maojingba is the key road leading to Chengde and Beijing in Chifeng area. The ancient road is very dangerous. It plays a very important role in economy, transportation and military. Maojingbakou is a saddle shaped landform. The hard granite forms a higher peak, while the relatively soft gneiss is easy to be eroded and forms a pass. The terrain is between 1300 and 1700 meters above sea level. The natural landscape in this area is characterized by the transition from northeast and North China to Inner Mongolia Plateau. In physical geography, it is located in the transition area of semi humid and semi-arid forest steppe zone. At the same time, it is the watershed of Liaohe River and Luanhe River. Maojingba has beautiful scenery. There is a good pure coniferous forest growing at the bottom of the dam, and the main landscape on the hillside is mixed coniferous and broad-leaved forest. Every late autumn season, the red leaves all over the mountains are dotted in all kinds of trees, with bright colors, forming a colorful picture, which makes people forget to return.

Yunv peak

Yunv peak is the largest aerial viewing platform in Maojingba natural scenic spot. It is surrounded by natural secondary forest, with a landform of nearly 100 hectares around the peak. The slope is gentle, forming an alpine meadow. The highest point is 1850 meters above sea level. Standing here, you can see from afar, surrounded by mountains, beautiful scenery. Yunv peak is not only the best scenic spot, but also one of the best scenic spots in the scenic spot. Sitting on the top of the distant mountain, Yunv peak has a cool color, just like bronze. From a distance, it is charming to walk down the hill and pick the beautiful flowers of Yu Meiren. Suddenly looking back, the jade girl peak shows a touch of elegance and grace.

Leek house

Jiucailou (formerly known as chahantora seamount) is one of the most unique scenic spots here. It is the cradle of poetry. Through a bamboo like birch forest, chewing easy to pick hazelnut, Rosa roxburghii Tratt, experience the taste of pure natural green food, meandering. Jiucailou is one of the highest peaks in Kalaqin. The main color is green, and the thick green is just like the leeks in spring and summer. This of course benefits from the perfection of ecology. Leek house is like a spirit. It doesn't make you feel single. When you approach the main peak, you will enjoy the beautiful scenery of chair rock, elephant trunk mountain, Yuanyang cave, etc. with different and lifelike expressions. What's more valuable is that there is a clear spring on the top of the mountain. The spring is like silk, and it winds down the mountain. It's true that mountains are the weft of water, water is the meridian of mountains, and mountains and rivers are interdependent, weaving many beautiful sceneries in the world.

Longzhaozigou

Longzhaozigou: longzhaozigou is similar to longzhaozigou in shape, hence its name. In the valley, the forest is dense, the ancient trees are towering, endless and luxuriant; in spring and summer, the mountain flowers are everywhere; in autumn, the maple leaves are red, and the layers of forest are dyed; in winter, the snow is wrapped, and it is particularly enchanting.

Sino Japanese Friendship forest

When China and Japan established diplomatic relations, Japanese Prime Minister Kazuo Tanaka gave Premier Zhou 1000 Japanese Larch saplings. The Ministry of forestry has given 500 of them to Wangyedian forest farm of Harqin Banner for cultivation, and now they have become a rare seed orchard of Larix kaempferi.

General cave

Here is an ancient site of superimposed culture. The mountains are green and the water is blue. The mountains are magnificent and the scenery is different. The water is gurgling and the spring is dingdong. The sword is dim and the drum is far away. Many ancient relics have been unearthed here: bronze mirrors from Liao and Jin Dynasties, copper coins from song, Tang and even Han Dynasties, as well as copper chess pieces, jade weights, iron shackles and more than 100 kinds of arrowheads.

Drip pot

Dishuihu is a long and narrow valley, which is less than 30 meters wide. The aobaoliang in the upper part is 1570 meters above sea level. The steep slopes on both sides of the valley are very dangerous. Dense natural secondary forest grows on the steep hillside, and the water flows down the Dishuihu River, zigzagging and winding. The whole scenic spot is famous for its "secluded".
