"Old Ganma" mixed with cucumber

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: a piece of tender cucumber, wash and set aside.

Step 2: scatter the cucumber with a knife and cut it into pieces.

Step 3: add parsley, salt, chicken powder, garlic, lobster sauce, vinegar and sesame oil.

Step 4: mix cucumber and seasoning well.

Materials required:

Tender cucumber: 1

Coriander: 2

Laoganma style Douchi: moderate amount

Vinegar: right amount

Salt: right amount

Sesame oil: right amount

Garlic: right amount

Chicken powder: right amount

Note: the old Ganma style Douchi itself has a salty taste. Add a proper amount of salt. Put the cucumber in the fridge and freeze it. It's cold and delicious!!
