Taipei Xiangshan is a mountain, located in Xinyi District of Taipei City, on the west side of Nangang mountain system in the eastern margin of Taipei basin. It is named after its image like shape. It is also known as four animal mountain together with nearby lion mountain, tiger mountain, leopard mountain.

The top of the mountain is 183 meters above sea level. Although it is not high, it has become an important leisure place for people in Taipei because of its convenient transportation and good vision. Xiangshan is a part of the southeast hills of the Taipei basin. It is named for its resemblance to Xiangshan. Together with the nearby tiger, leopard and lion mountains, it is also called sihushan, which is an extension of Nangang mountain system. The elevation is 183 meters. Although the mountain is not high, there is no barrier in front of it. The Taipei basin has a panoramic view. It is a good base for climbing and overlooking.

Traffic information: Xiangshan is located in Xinyi District of Taipei City, about 2 kilometers away from Taipei city

MRT: 1. Take the MRT Tanshui Xinyi Line to Xiangshan station, then walk to Zhongqiang Park in the fifth section of Xinyi Road, about 15 minutes to the mountaineering entrance of lane 22, Lane 150. 2. Take the MRT Bannan Line to Yongchun station, walk to Songshan road Yongchun high school, and arrive at yongchungang Park in about 25 minutes.

Bus: take bus 33, 46, 207, 612, 621, 277 and Boai to Xinyi administrative center station, or take bus 33, 299 to Yongchun high school station and walk along Lane 150.
