Liaohe stele forest is located in the west end of Panjin Lakeside Park in Liaohe Delta, which is composed of stele exhibition area, sightseeing area and tourism service area. Liaohe stele forest is the largest antique building in Northeast China so far. It collects 2000-3000 pieces of exquisite stele inscriptions from Chinese characters, oracle bone inscriptions to calligraphers of all dynasties. It is the largest and only stele forest in China.

Collection in the Museum

The ancient Museum of Liaohe stele forest collects calligraphy treasures from the ancient Chinese society. There are ancient hieroglyphs such as "sun, cloud and mountain", four representative oracle bone inscriptions of the early, middle and late periods selected from 150000 oracle bone inscriptions, and bamboo slips of the Han Dynasty unearthed from Mawangdui, Changsha.
