Berlin park is located in the south of North 2nd Ring Road, east of Beixin street and north of Lianhe road.

It is 168 meters long from north to South and covers an area of 53300 square meters (80 mu). This is the first open park built in Shijiazhuang city to dispose of construction waste by making use of construction waste mounds for landscaping, with a total disposal of nearly 100000 cubic meters of construction waste.

In order to build a mountain for landscaping, the construction waste mountain has been rolled layer by layer in the process of stacking. Every 3 meters of waste is mixed with 1 meter of soil, and then compacted by hook machine to enhance the stability and anti-seepage. After full mixing, finally covered with 3 meters of good soil. Therefore, there is no environmental pollution and hidden danger.

It used to be bailing village, and it was the resting place for the descendants of Zhao Tuo to worship their ancestors. Considering this cultural background, the square in the center of the park will be named bailing square. In the center of the square, a square tripod with bluestone will be added, surrounded by dry fountains. The square tripod with bluestone will reflect some contents related to Zhao Tuo culture and the worship of the mausoleum in the form of relief, so as to show the long history of Yan Dynasty in Hebei Province Zhao culture.
