Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: soak the soybean one night in advance, and the soaked soybean has 300 grams;

Step 3: beat soybean milk with cooking machine

Step 6: Boil soy milk over low heat,

Step 9: cool the cooked soymilk to hand temperature and put it into the inner liner of the yoghurt machine,

Step 11: add 10 grams of sugar and stir well

Step 12: turn on the yoghurt machine and work for 6 hours

Step 13: after 6 hours, scoop up a spoonful like tender tofu

Note: 300 grams of soybeans after soaking, and less than 600 grams of cooked soymilk, soymilk should be cooked patiently, and be sure to keep the heat low.
