Xianyu

Xianyu is located in the west of huashanyu, also known as chexianggu. It is only one ridge away from huashanyu. It is said that in ancient times, Huang Chuping and Huang Chuqi's brothers herded sheep and became immortals here, hence the name.

Xianyu is more than 50 Li deep. The Valley Road is narrow and quiet. The mountain road is rugged and winding. The river is turbulent and the rocks are precipitous. Many sections of the valley are cut with cliffs and piled in the air. As Xianyu has no traces of artificial carving and beautiful natural landscape, most poets of past dynasties have come to the valley from painters to recite poems and paint. Poets of Tang Dynasty often build the sentence of "entering the river with two steep peaks and relaxing the wind". Painters call Xianyu a "beauty raised in the deep boudoir" and also called it "Venus" at the foot of Huashan Mountain.

They work at sunrise and rest at sunset, which is no different from the fairyland of peach blossom. There are hundreds of human and natural landscapes in Xianyu, and the myths and legends recorded in historical records are even more beautiful and moving.

There is chexiangtan at the end of Xieling, which is called the seventh Shuifu in the world in shuijingzhu. The story that Aunt Xing married Prince chexiangtan for her father's chronic illness in Huayin happened here.

In the southeast of Xieling is Baiyang peak of Huashan Mountain. There is Yanggong stone room under the cliff on the west side of the peak, which is said to be the refuge place for the ancestors of the Yang family in the world. Yanggong stone room is close to Shiyang City, which is the place where Huang Chuping's sheep become immortals. In the north of Xieling, there are some wonderful stones, such as cat's head stone, tortoise and snake lock the trunk, etc.

When you enter the valley, you can go through longtougou, toad Valley and Shibangou to the place that is level with the main peak of Huashan Mountain, and then you can enter Baique Temple scenic spot. The terrain here is relatively open, and you can reach sanfenggen by walking east to saner mountain. In the south, you can cross Qinling Mountain and enter Luonan area by passing Hebei head. In the west, you can go to wengyu and Huayu by passing Donggou and menchagou. The site of Baique temple is under the cliff of Jianxi peak. The old temple buildings are connected with many caves on the cliff. They are constructed according to the situation of the cliff. It is very ingenious. It is said that they were built by the thousand handed Buddha when he was willing to return his vows. In its heyday, there were nearly 100 monks, offering fruits every day, cigarettes, morning bells and evening drums. Due to the large number of pilgrims, ancient temples have gradually formed here. Unfortunately, during the ten years of turmoil, temples and buildings were destroyed, and all the bells, drums and belongings were looted. Today, only the caves still exist. However, because the path to the temple is blocked by weeds and rocks, visitors can only look at each other across the gully.

Due to the rich and beautiful Xianyu River, the secluded pool is regarded as Huashan natural bathing place. Every midsummer, there is an endless stream of tourists who go to the valley for summer vacation, and the winners of the search for seclusion and exploration are one after another. According to the planning and design of Huashan Scenic Spot, Xianyu scenic spot should be further developed to provide a broader tourism land for tourists and enrich their aesthetic needs.

The proven minerals include gold, iron, crystal stone, etc. The precious medicinal materials are Ganoderma lucidum, Polygonum multiflorum, etc. In 1992, when Huashan Ganoderma lucidum Research Institute adopted Ganoderma lucidum strains, a giant Ganoderma Lucidum with a height of 80 cm and a weight of 8.1 kg was collected from Xianyu. It is now displayed in the Great Hall of the people in Beijing, and is known as another wonder of Huashan fairy grass.
