Butterfly Bay Park

Butterfly Bay Park is a large park in Hong Kong. It is located at Butterfly Bay in the south of new town, Tuen Mun, new territories. It covers an area of 6.3 hectares. It was built in 1991 and managed by the Hong Kong leisure and Cultural Services Department.

To the south of Butterfly Bay Park, adjacent to Butterfly Bay Beach, the park also has promenades, gardens and many barbecue facilities. It is one of the most popular barbecue spots in Hong Kong.

Butterfly Bay Park further south, across the Strait overlooks Tung Chung on Lantau Island and the north of Chek Lap Kok Hong Kong International Airport.
