Dalong Cave Scenic Area

DALONGDONG scenic area is composed of DALONGDONG reservoir (also known as dalonghu) and DALONGDONG, which is known as "China's xialongwan". It is the only natural reservoir in China that does not need a dam and relies on the surrounding rock to store groundwater, ranking among the top ten lava reservoirs. There are seven springs in the lake, and the largest one is close to Shangling village.

According to the villagers, the spring water rushes out of the water more than one meter high during the peak period. There are 14 Natural islands in the lake. The lake is surrounded by clear water, surrounded by mountains, and the reflection of green mountains is an integral whole. Many caves can be seen on the way of the cruise, among which the most famous one is "Dalong cave". The most special thing is that there are three natural skylights at the top of the cave. There is water in the cave, and there is a hole in the water. You can see the sky in the cave.

On Dalong lake, you can take a boat tour of Bailong Feitian, Sleeping Beauty Mountain, Liyu mountain, Penguin mountain and so on. It is not only beautiful and charming like a girl from Lijiang River in Guilin, but also magnificent like a man from Xialong Bay in Vietnam. Even if it's cloudy, it has a special charm. The water mist is big, and the continuous stone mountains make people feel as if there is nothing, vaguely, just like a traditional Chinese landscape painting.

Transportation information: 1. Take a bus: take the express from Jinqiao passenger station in Nanning to Shanglin County, and transfer

Tricycle or charter to Dalong Lake Scenic Area;

2. Self driving: take Nanwu second-class highway from Nanning City, go to baixu town of Shanglin County, turn left into linmashan second-class road, and go straight for 15km to Xiyan town. After seeing the sign of DALONGDONG reservoir, turn right into the third-class road of the scenic spot, and go straight all the way to dalonghu scenic spot. The nearby reference objects are Yunyao village and guwangzha. Some sections are cliff sections. Be careful of rockfall.
