The exhibition room displays dozens of rice wine series products of Jiashan distillery. Later, it was the traditional craft exhibition room, which represented the production process of Jiashan traditional yellow rice wine with such objects as kitchen stove, dish sausage, wood press, wine jar, windmill, measuring tool, stone ladle, rice pry, bamboo basket, bucket, funnel, bent, shoulder pole, wine jar, etc. The history exhibition of Xitang yellow rice wine is divided into ten parts: foreword, origin of wine history, prosperity of dross, public-private partnership, local state-owned, reform, carrying forward the past and opening up the future, three leaps, five achievements and conclusion. Finally, you can taste the authentic Jiashan yellow rice wine in the tavern of the exhibition hall, and relieve your fatigue during the journey.
