Pork tripe and lotus seed soup

Introduction:

"My son has had a fever for several days. Today, his fever has finally subsided, but his throat is still a little red and swollen. Burn some lotus seed soup to reduce the fire."

Production steps:

Step 1: use vinegar inside and outside the pork belly first, and then rub off the mucus with baking soda.

Step 2: scrape off the yellow part of the pork belly with a knife, and then rinse it carefully with running water.

Step 3: add water to the pot, put cold water into the pot, add ginger slices and rice wine, bring to a boil and cook for 5-10 minutes.

Step 4: cut the cooked pork tripe into 1cm thick strips.

Step 5: add water to the pressure cooker, bring to a boil, add pork tripe strips and lotus seeds, add ginger slices and rice wine.

Step 6: add the right amount of black pepper, cover, add gas, turn to low heat and cook for about 15 minutes.

Step 7: season with salt.

Rice wine: moderate

Black pepper: right amount

Note: pork tripe must be scrubbed clean in order to better remove odor.
