Huangshan Village

It is located in the north of Sanjiangkou with Qiantang River in the West. The transit highway is connected with Qianjiang bridge. It has superior geographical location and convenient transportation. The area is 4 square kilometers.

Thirty villager groups are one of the most populous administrative villages in Xiaoshan District. As early as 1997, the planning and construction of the Industrial Park began. By 2006, the total area of the park has grown to more than 900 mu, with more than 100 enterprises and a total industrial output value of 1.628 billion yuan. In accordance with the requirements of unified planning, unified design and unified construction, two three storey villa type residential buildings with 650 households have been built, each with an area of 320 square meters, accounting for 40% of the total number of households. More than 3 million yuan has been invested in the construction of village kindergartens, elderly activity centers and infirmaries, as well as 4000 square meters of apartments for the elderly, which are rented at a low price and live voluntarily to become a comfortable home for the elderly. In order to strengthen the communication with the villagers and let the masses fully understand and pay attention to the development of village level work, an internal monthly "Huangshan daily" was set up and distributed to every household. It has successively won the honors of Party organization and civilized village of Wuhao village in Zhejiang Province, civilized village of Hangzhou City, demonstration village and model collective of new rural construction, first-class cultural village of Xiaoshan District, clean government cultural village, learning village and ecological village [1].
