School history

In 1999, approved by the people's Government of Zhejiang Province and confirmed by the Ministry of education, Zhejiang University of technology established the full-time undergraduate independent college Zhijiang College of Zhejiang University of technology.

In 2012, the college was jointly held by Zhejiang University of technology and Shaoxing County Education Investment Co., Ltd.

In September 2013, college freshmen went to school in Shaoxing campus.

In 2015, the college was authorized by Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce as a training base for e-commerce, logistics and foreign trade documents talents. In December, the college was approved as one of the first ten application-oriented construction pilot demonstration schools in Zhejiang Province.

In October 2016, the college passed the provincial independent college standard setting acceptance.

In February 2017, the college and Shaoxing dongfangshan tourism resort reached a cooperation agreement to establish the enterprise college Zhijiang dongfangshan college.

On April 19, Shaoxing intellectual property protection research center was established in the college.

In December, the college and Zhejiang Liuhuan wire and cable Co., Ltd. established a "joint R & D Center for functional polymer materials".
