Wenxin Forest Park

Wenxin Forest Park is located on Wenxin Road, Nantun District, Taichung City, Taiwan, covering an area of 8.86 hectares. In 1999, due to the refinement of the province, the land owned by the province was changed into the state-owned school land managed by the Ministry of education, which became "the land for the four purposes of sports".

In 2001, the Taichung Municipal government planned to promote the construction of the amphitheater. Next year, the construction of the "TiSi site" at Wenxin road and Xiangshang road was started.

On August 4, 2006, the first phase of the plane project was completed and the park was officially opened. However, because the school property fund management committee of the Ministry of education, which owns the land ownership, opposes the construction of the above ground buildings, it is impossible to build the above ground buildings.

In 2007, Taichung City Council adopted the method of "land exchange" to exchange the municipal land for the fourth land of the Ministry of education from the second land of the National Taiwan Institute of physical education, and the municipal government prepared a budget to pay the NT $1.2 billion land price difference to the Ministry of education's school property fund.

In 2008, the stage roof was built and named Wen Hsin Forest Park, which is managed by the Construction Department of Taichung Municipal government; the outdoor theater is named Fulfillment Amphitheatre, which is managed by Taichung Municipal Bureau of culture.

In January 2009, the dome of the second stage theater and the toilet project in the park were completed.

Fulfillment Amphitheatre

The ring theater stage is the performance space of the outdoor open stage, which is divided into stage area, audience area and grass area. It has a wide platform and seats in the audience area. It is open for free on weekdays. In the performance space, the widest part of the stage is 51 meters, the narrowest part is 40 meters, the depth is 18 meters, the highest part is 11.5 meters, and the lowest part is 9.5 meters. The backstage is a reinforced concrete building with a total floor area of 247 Ping and two plus one mezzanine floors above the ground. The auditorium is divided into three floors, with 6009 seats for general seats and 20 seats for mobility, totaling 6029 seats. The soil slope turf area of the peripheral park can accommodate up to 15000 spectators.
