Production steps:

Step 1: put the cream into a basin without oil and water, and beat it at low speed for about 3 minutes

Step 2: mix the white granulated sugar and water to make sugar water

Step 3: pour the fresh milk and sugar water into the whipped cream, stir well and filter twice

Step 4: pour the filtered milk into the popsicle mold and put it into the refrigerator for freezing

Light cream: 50ml

White granulated sugar: 50g

Warm water: 60ml

Note: Tips: 1. When I make it, I combine other recipes, including dark chocolate, dried cranberry and Thai sticky rice noodles. 2. The proportion of water and sugar is according to personal taste
