Linyi Xingdong Park

The Xingdong Park in Linyi, Shandong Province was built to commemorate Xingdong, a famous historical and cultural figure in Linyi. Ziyuan, Xingdong, was born in Linyi, xingliuxing village. He was a Jinshi in the Wanli period of Ming Dynasty. He was an official to Shaoqing, the imperial servant. Later, he resigned and returned to Li. He built a "garden" and a reading place called "laiqinguan".
