The stele, commonly known as Fengdong stele, is located on the west side of Jiefang street, Zhengding County, Hebei Province. It was carved in the second year of Yongtai (766). The monument is 6 meters high, 2.5 meters wide and 0.48 meters thick. On the forehead of the tablet is engraved with 12 characters: "Ode to the emperor Qinghe of the Tang Dynasty for his meritorious service". There are 29 lines of regular script in the inscription, totaling 1398 words, of which 1007 words are extant. The content is the praise of Li Baochen's "merit" and the name and official position of the person who erected the monument.
