Heping Forest Park

Heping Forest Park

Heping Forest Park is a provincial forest park, located on the top of the mountains of Dama, 65 kilometers away from Zhangjiakou City and 10 kilometers away from Chongli county. It was rebuilt on the basis of Heping forest farm, with a total area of more than 2000 hectares. (Heping forest farm covers an area of about 40.01 million square meters, of which more than 95% of the forest area) is one of the largest natural forest landscapes in Hebei Province.

The newly-built Heping Forest Park is mountain to mountain and ridge to ridge with dense and luxuriant forests. There are 70% of the natural forest, and 12 tree species such as Larch and spruce. In the scenic area, there are many peaks, green buildings, lush grass and green ropes, pleasant trees and green cages, winding paths, which are magnificent, precipitous and beautiful. Qitai Mountain Scenic Area (namely Dengshan mountain area) includes five scenic spots: Qitai mountain, Xuankong cave, shuangshiben, Qingliang Pavilion and Hufu peak. Qitai mountain rises from the ridge, with high mountains and ravines. There is a hanging hole 17 meters below the stage. Visitors can shuttle freely, which is very interesting. You can go up to the top of Qitai to see the mountains. Couple peak, double lion mountain also let people linger.

Cuiyun mountain forest tourist area, the main area of the forest, rippling blue waves, flowers like brocade, wood Xinxin to prosperity, spring tears Wei and the beginning flow, so that the mountains colorful.
