Ancient stone city

It is said that the ancestors of ancient Shicheng ran to the mountain to avoid the war and gradually became a village. Therefore, the whole village is the offspring of one ancestor, and now there are hundreds of people. The houses are built with local materials, so they are almost all stone houses, stone roads, stone wells and stone terraces. Stone city has a long history, and its construction age is still a mystery. It is one of the best preserved ancient cities in Guangxi.

Circling up the mountain road, you can enjoy the karst landform from a commanding height. You can find villagers' homes in Shitouzhai or Dayantou village to cook farm food. After eating, continue to walk eastward, pass Daping village and shuiyanmen mountain to Xianggong mountain, which is one of the best scenic spots of Lijiang River. There is a platform on the top of the mountain, which is relatively easy to climb. The best shooting time is 6:00, which is a good place to watch the sunrise of Lijiang mountains and the first bay of Lijiang River.
