Yancheng Phoenix Culture Square is located in the center of Yancheng City, occupying the core node of Yancheng South Jiefang Road, close to the municipal government, adjacent to the Century Avenue landscape belt in the north and Jiefang South Road in the East, which is the core area of Yancheng South New District.

"Yancheng Phoenix Cultural Plaza" project covers an area of 40000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 250000 square meters. It is a landmark city cultural and business complex integrating business office, cultural consumption, leisure shopping and humanistic residence. There are 2 high-rise office towers, a group of commercial podium, 3 high-rise residential buildings and 2 basement.
