Zhejiang folk park is located in the urban green belt determined by the overall urban planning of Lishui City, with Zhenxing road in the East, Zijin road in the west, Feida road in the South and Shouyuan road in the north. The total planning area of the park is 350 mu, which is divided into two phases. The first phase covers 150 mu. Zhejiang folk park is mainly developed for leisure and holiday groups, taking into account ethnic and religious and family parent-child tourism, with folk custom as the theme and recreation as the content; the scenic area mainly includes four blocks: folk customs, variety entertainment, leisure and vacation, and agricultural sightseeing, which are developed in two phases. The meeting determined the project land acquisition scope and planning red line. At the same time, it determined that the relocation and resettlement of the project should adopt currency and resettlement in other places. ·On April 16, 2000, the environmental impact assessment demonstration meeting of Zhejiang folk Park project was held. The meeting considered that the evaluation method of "environmental protection report" was feasible and the conclusion was credible. The Environmental Protection Bureau of Zhejiang Province gave an official reply on April 24. ·On May 16, 2000, Zhejiang folk Park project feasibility study report review meeting was held. The meeting agreed that the ideas and methods of tourism market analysis in the project "feasibility study report" were feasible. On June 12, Zhejiang Provincial Planning Commission gave an official reply. ·The preliminary design review meeting of Zhejiang folk Park project was held on April 19, 2001. After full discussion, the preliminary design scheme of the project was approved in principle. After being supplemented and perfected by the company's planners, Zhejiang Provincial Planning Commission gave an official reply on May 30. ·On April 22, 2002, a coordination meeting on land requisition policy for Zhejiang folk Park project was held. After consultation, opinions were reached on land requisition compensation, tomb relocation, land appendages disposal, etc. ·From the end of May to the middle of June 2002, the sites of Zhejiang folk custom park were cleared. ·On June 28, 2002, the foundation laying ceremony of Zhejiang folk Park was held at the construction site of the park. This marks the beginning of the construction of Zhejiang folk paradise. ·In July 2003, the main building of the supporting facilities along the Zijin section of Zhejiang folk park has been completed.
