The building is located along Guilin road in the East, Chongqing Road in the south, Yunnan Road in the West and Chengdu Road in the north, with a construction area of 1134 square meters. It is a two-story western style building with brick and wood structure, clear water wall and arc balcony in the middle of the second floor. The top is a multi slope tile item with skylight on it, forming a courtyard by itself.

In Chongqing Road, Jin bangping's former residence is a small foreign-style building which is more eye-catching and easy to distinguish, and the signs on the wall of the courtyard clearly show the glorious past of the owner of the foreign-style building.
