Yantai East Battery scenic spot

The East Fort was built in the late Qing Dynasty. It was designed and supervised by German technicians. It is one of the most complete coastal defense facilities in China. Surrounded by the sea on three sides, the scenic spot is mainly divided into four areas: ancient fort, Moon Bay, sea view garden and pick beach.

In the scenic area, visitors can watch the Qing artillery drill, and also operate the restored "Krupp" cannon by themselves.
