The interior of flight experience hall is composed of three layers with different functions. The first floor is the entrance and exit of "windmill Castle", and the second floor is the flight preparation area with flight training room. The third floor is the core of "windmill Castle" - flight experience module, which is a vertical wind tunnel with a diameter of up to 9 meters.

Wind tunnel technology has a history of more than 30 years since its birth. At first, it was only used for the training of parachutists. Later, it developed into a civil entertainment project and became popular in European and American countries. Now "windmill Castle" is located in Dalian, which fills a gap in the application of wind tunnel technology in entertainment projects in China. The vertical wind tunnel adopts the principle of aerodynamics to make people float in the air and achieve the effect of suspension. The outer wall of the wind tunnel, which is composed of three layers of toughened glass, has good sealing performance. It can not only ensure the outer wall to resist the air pressure, but also ensure the smooth flow of air to meet the flight requirements. The cabin bottom of the flight experience hall is equipped with four layers of protective measures, including rigid protective net, flexible protective net, elastic protective net and air filter net, which can fully ensure the safety of the experimenters. Stage lighting, sound system and other facilities are arranged around the flight experience module, and the circular area can accommodate 300 spectators at the same time.
