Jingminggu scenic spot of Yandang Mountain is located in Yueqing City. It is famous for its natural scenery and is one of the most beautiful scenic spots in Yandang. The elevation of the scenic spot is only over 80 meters. The terrain in the valley is gentle, and the forest coverage rate reaches 96%. It is famous for "strange peaks and rocks, waterfalls and flowing springs, double rock peaks and ancient cave stone chambers". The forest vegetation in the scenic spot belongs to the Southern sub zone of subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest. According to the preliminary investigation and relevant data, there are more than 430 kinds of woody plants belonging to 89 families, 229 genera, and a large number of herbaceous plants. Among the woody plants, Ginkgo biloba, Liriodendron chinense, Magnolia officinalis and Cinnamomum camphora are the second and third grade rare and endangered plants in China.
