City Transportation: there is a bus from Mudanjiang passenger station to Ning'an. The ticket price is 5 yuan. It takes 50 minutes, 5:30-19:00 every day, every 15 minutes. After arriving in Ning'an, you can take a special bus to the scenic spot, or take a taxi.

Xiaobei Lake in the park, like Jingpo Lake, is a Typical Alpine Yansai lake.

There are 15 species of birds, accounting for 70% of the province's total number, and 10 species of mammals, accounting for 27% of the province's total number. There are only 200 Chinese Mergansers listed in the Red Book of endangered birds in the world, and 40 in xiaobeihu. The lotus growing in Xiaobei lake has been identified by experts as Heilongjiang red lotus, 135 million years ago, known as "living fossil of the biological world".
