Zhelin Lake Scenic Spot

Located in Yongxiu county and Wuning County, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, Zhelin Lake scenic spot is named after Zhelin Town, the site of the largest hydropower earth dam project in Asia. It is a National Forest Park, a national key scenic spot and a provincial Geopark. The total area of the scenic spot is 425 square kilometers, of which the water area is 308 square kilometers, the average water depth is 45 meters, the visibility is 11 meters, and the negative ion content is 150000 / cubic centimeter, which belongs to the national first-class water quality and first-class air quality. There are 997 islands of different shapes and sizes in the lake area, among which Peach Blossom Island, Golden Monkey Island and peacock island are more famous. 1. Take a train or a shuttle bus from Jiujiang and Nanchang bus stations to Yongxiu, and then transfer to China bus to Zhelin lake and Yunju mountain

2. Jiujiang to Zhelin bus and Nanchang to Zhelin bus have been opened, about 95 minutes by car

3. You can get off at Yongxiu station by train. The rickshaw costs 2 yuan / person to the bus station. There is a shuttle bus to Zhelin at the bus station, which runs every 20 minutes

Self driving

Go up Changjiu Expressway to aicheng exit (closer than Yongxiu exit), follow national highway 316, pass through Qiujin, Baicha and sanxiqiao to Zhelin (about 200m from sanxiqiao Town, pay attention to the road signs, turn left to get off the national highway)
