Leann harbor is located in the southern part of Lingshui County, north of perfume Bay and south of Clear Water Bay.

Li'an port is a natural lagoon. It is connected with the sea by a waterway tens of meters wide. Standing at the mouth of Li'an port, there is the sea on one side and the harbor on the other.

Li'an port faces the sea three times, with a coastline of 6 kilometers, close to Nanwan Houdao nature reserve. Around the port are six villages, including Li'an, li'feng, liming, Dadun, houling and Lingzi. Among the six villages, Li'an village is the largest, with 23 surnames and more than 8000 people. Most of the villages near the port are half fishing and half farming, and outside the port there are coconut trees and rice fields
