Second Street

Zha District second sub district office is located in the east of Zhalainoer District, Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is located in the remote old city of Zha District, bordering Xinkaihe Town, Donghu District in the East, Zha District first office and third office in the west, Donghu District in the north, Shengli station in the south, Zha District Fifth office and Lingban in the south. The total area of the district is 11.6 square kilometers; there are Han, Mongolian, Manchu, Hui, Russian and other ethnic groups living in the district; there are Dongfeng and Xinhua communities, 10 neighborhood committees, 114 resident groups, 15 volunteer teams, and 13091 residents (2010).
