Production steps:

Step 1: I raised this radish seedling in a flowerpot. Because I didn't have time to eat it when I went back to my mother's home during the Spring Festival, it has grown very tall now.

Step 3: remove the roots and old leaves of radish seedlings and wash them in water.

Step 4: cut up the washed radish seedlings and set aside.

Step 7: add the cut radish seedlings and mix well.

Step 8: add a few drops of sesame oil.

Step 9: put it into the steamer and steam it. I steamed it for about 15 minutes.

Radish sprouts: 50g

Salt: right amount

Sesame oil: right amount

Note: 1. Radish seedling should not be eaten with ginseng. 2. About the same amount of water as eggs. 3. The filtered egg liquid is smoother after steaming.
