Production steps:

Step 1: main raw materials: chicken leg, onion, apple, oyster sauce, honey and pepper.

Step 2: remove the bone of the chicken leg and cut it into small pieces.

Step 3: put the cut chicken legs into a large bowl, add oyster sauce, pepper and a little cooking oil.

Step 4: add seasoning to the drumstick evenly.

Step 5: shred the apple and onion.

Step 6: wipe the onion and apple shreds, add them to the chicken, cover them with plastic film and marinate for several hours. I marinate in the morning and bake in the evening

Step 7: scald bamboo sticks and marinate chicken leg for several hours in advance.

Step 8: string the chicken into meat in turn.

Step 9: put a layer of tin foil on the baking plate, put on the meat kebab, and put it in the oven with a preheat temperature of 220 ℃.

Step 10: mix a bowl of sauce with three teaspoons honey and two teaspoons oyster sauce.

Step 11: bake for 10 minutes, take out, brush with a layer of sauce, put into the oven.

Step 12: bake again for 10 minutes, remove, brush with a layer of juice, and put into the oven.

Step 13: bake again for seven or eight minutes.

Step 14: freshly baked meat kebab with honey sauce, you can share it!

Note: I used three spoonfuls of honey, two spoonfuls of oyster sauce to add material juice. I think it's a little sweet. If I don't like sweet drops, I can drop honey properly!
