Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: add warm water to the yeast (the Angel yeast I use should not be too hot), add a little sugar to warm water to boil, add yeast water and sugar water together with flour, and stir with chopsticks to form flocs

Step 2: knead it into dough by hand, achieve 3 light (face light, hand light, basin light), cover with wet cloth and place it for fermentation for 1-3 hours, or put the basin into hot water to speed up fermentation

Step 3: after the flour is fermented to twice the size, continue to knead until there are no pores and the flour is smooth

Step 4: make the stuffing during fermentation. This is relatively simple. Stir well the minced shallot + minced ham + pepper powder + salt + sesame oil + soy sauce, and leave it for one hour to taste

Step 5: rub the flour into long strips and cut into small pieces with a knife

Step 6: roll the small dose into a round dough with thin edge and thick middle

Step 7: do not add too much stuffing. Let the bun stand for another 20 minutes.

Step 8: steam the steamed buns on the grill, boil the water over high heat, steam for 15 minutes, steam them well, remove the cover in 5 minutes, and the simple and delicious steamed buns will come out!
