Cheese bacon pizza

Cheese bacon pizza

Introduction:

"I don't have lunch at noon, so I'll make a pizza to make lunch easy ~ ~"

Production steps:

Step 1: blanch the tomato in hot water, peel and cut into small pieces, onion and garlic

Step 2: melt proper amount of butter in the pot, add minced garlic and stir fry until fragrant

Step 3: add onion, stir fry and add ketchup

Step 4: add tomatoes

Step 5: add the pizza grass, black pepper, a little salt, taste the acidity of the tomato, and then add the right amount of sugar. If the sauce is too sour, it will mask the taste of other ingredients

Step 10: put on the lid and simmer for about 6 minutes

Step 7: add salt, sugar, yeast and warm water to the flour to form a dough

Step 8: add 10 grams of butter, knead smooth

Step 9: cover with wet cloth or plastic wrap and let stand for 20 minutes

Step 10: roll the dough into a round cake slightly larger than the pizza plate

Step 11: put it on the pizza plate, turn it up a little around, and fork in some small holes

Step 12: spread the pizza sauce and sprinkle with some cheese

Step 13: spread the bacon. I use the kind of bread for breakfast, which is already very salty, so I only put a little salt in the pizza sauce

Step 14: sprinkle some cheese on top. This pizza mainly eats bacon and cheese, so I use more cheese
