Introduction:

"Kiwifruit, which is called 'kiwifruit' by Cantonese people, is rich in vitamin C. A kiwifruit can provide more than twice of a person's daily vitamin C requirement. Production steps:

Step 1: 2 kiwifruit, 1 banana, 1 cup yogurt

Step 2: kiwifruit is also called kiwifruit

Step 3: peel banana and kiwifruit

Step 4: put the mixer in

Step 5: add the yoghurt and stir together to make a paste.

Step 6: Kiwi milkshake

Materials required:

Banana: 1

Yogurt: 1 cup

Note: kiwifruit should not be eaten on an empty stomach, so it's better to eat something at the bottom before drinking a milkshake. If the stomach is not suitable, it's better for people to eat less.
