Baise University is a full-time ordinary undergraduate public university in the autonomous region approved by the Ministry of education. It has been running for 80 years. The school is located in Baise City, the central city of Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi. Baise city is closely connected with Nanning in the East and Vietnam in the south. It is the "Golden Corridor" of China's southwest sea passage to the Pacific region. It is also the national ecological aluminum industry demonstration base, China's excellent tourism city, national garden city and red revolutionary blessed land.

The school covers an area of 1873.59 mu, which is divided into Donghe and Chengbi campuses. Baidong campus, covering an area of 1606 mu, will be built soon. The university has 20 secondary colleges, with 49 undergraduate majors and 31 Junior College (Higher Vocational) majors, covering 9 university disciplines, such as economics, law, education, literature, science, engineering, management, art and agriculture. It has formed a multi-disciplinary and collaborative development discipline based on the discipline cluster of Humanities and social Sciences, led by the discipline cluster of industrial service Structure. The university enrolls students from more than 20 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) in China. The school actively carries out inter school cooperation, school enterprise cooperation and international cooperation.
