Xingzhi College of Xi'an University of Finance and economics is an independent college of economics and management with distinctive characteristics, which was approved by the Ministry of education of the people's Republic of China (JFH [2004] No.72) in 2004. The university is located in the ancient capital of Xi'an Bailuyuan University City, covering an area of 420000 square meters, with a building area of 160000 square meters, teaching and scientific research equipment worth more than 30 million yuan, and a collection of 565000 paper books. At present, there are 533 teaching staff, including 373 full-time teachers, 146 with the title of deputy senior or above, and 20 professors have been introduced from "985" and "211" universities as professional leaders.

Over the past 13 years, the university has developed into an application-oriented university with economy and management majors as the backbone, economy, management, arts, science and arts as the mutual support and coordinated development. The school has five teaching units, including management science branch, accounting branch, economics and Statistics Branch, humanities and arts branch and general education department, and 23 undergraduate majors, including accounting, financial management, finance, business administration, statistics, public utilities management, logistics management, radio and television. The University attaches great importance to scientific research, actively builds an interactive platform for teaching and scientific research, and encourages and supports teachers to carry out scientific research. The whole school has undertaken 238 scientific research projects, including 79 provincial and ministerial projects, published more than 523 papers and 25 books / textbooks.

The University attaches great importance to the cultivation of application-oriented innovative talents, and has established 22 professional laboratories, including accounting comprehensive practice teaching center, economic comprehensive practice teaching center, ERP enterprise management sand table laboratory, video recording laboratory, nonlinear editing laboratory, and 76 off campus practice (training) bases.
