Chaoshan Polytechnic

Chaoshan vocational and Technical College (hereinafter referred to as Chaoshan College) was founded in August 1999. It is an ordinary university established with the approval of the Ministry of education of the people's Republic of China (JF [1999] No. 128) and awarded the graduation certificate of National Ordinary University. In December 2006, it took the lead in passing the "national Ministry of Education National Higher Vocational College Personnel Training Level Assessment". The college is located in Puning City, the hometown of Mr. Zhuang Shiping, a patriotic model and outstanding overseas Chinese leader. Mr. Zhuang used to be a member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference and vice chairman of the all China Federation of overseas Chinese for a long time. He also served as the honorary chairman of our college and personally wrote the name of the college. The college is located at the foot of Lianhuashan mountain in Puning City, with superior geographical location and convenient transportation. It is adjacent to Puning station of Xiamen Shenzhen high speed railway in the East, Chaoshan airport in the north and 800 Mu Lianhuashan Park in the back. It is a good place for study and study with green trees and fresh air. At present, there are 5 departments and 4 colleges, including computer information engineering department, digital design engineering department, accounting and finance department, business and trade department, economic management department, entrepreneurship college, cross border e-commerce practice college, logistics industry college and clothing industry college, with a total of 29 majors and 46 professional directions. It has 28 computer rooms, more than 1600 computers, 26 key training rooms such as Chaoshan culture research center and VR modeling center, food and drug testing laboratory, high-end clothing customization studio, maker space, and 32 off campus training bases. It has a standard plastic sports ground, 6 conference halls and a library with a collection of 450000 books. It has a student apartment of more than 35000 square meters, with independent toilet, 24-hour hot water supply, air conditioning and optical fiber network.

At present, there are more than 5000 full-time students and 280 full-time teachers, of which nearly 70 have the title of deputy senior or above.

In the past 20 years, it has trained batch after batch of excellent graduates for the society. In the national and Guangdong College Students' skills competition, the student teams of the Department of economic management and entrepreneurship college have won the first prize for many times. While maintaining a high employment rate, the quality of employment has been improved year by year, which is highly appreciated by all walks of life.
