Erdos Institute of applied technology is located in Kangbashi District, the seat of Erdos municipal government. It is a full-time undergraduate college established on the basis of the merger of resources such as Erdos College of Inner Mongolia University, Mining College of Inner Mongolia University of technology and Erdos College of Inner Mongolia Medical University.
