Suqian Zeda vocational and technical college is an independent full-time college with the approval of Jiangsu Provincial People's government and the record of the Ministry of education. It is located in the higher education park of Hubin new town, Suqian City, Jiangsu Province. It is located by the beautiful Luoma Lake, national Zhangshan Forest Park in the North and Luoma Lake Wetland Park in the West.

The college plans to cover a total area of 856 mu, with a built-up area of 530 mu. The college has complete education and teaching facilities, more than 40 laboratories and training rooms, and more than 300000 books in the library.
