Huizhou health vocational and technical college is a full-time public higher education institution approved by the people's Government of Guangdong Province and registered by the Ministry of education. It is the first public higher vocational college in Huizhou City. The college was founded in 1958, formerly known as Huiyang health school in Guangdong Province. It is one of the first eight health schools in the province, and was upgraded to higher vocational college in March 2012. The college covers an area of 412 mu, with a building area of 136000 square meters.
