Shijiazhuang staff and workers University is a public college approved by Hebei Provincial People's government and sponsored by Shijiazhuang Federation of trade unions. It is located at No. 491 Shengli North Street, Shijiazhuang City (formerly No. 199 Shizheng Road, Shijiazhuang City). It was founded in 1984. Since its establishment, according to the needs of the society, the school has constantly adjusted the professional structure, deepened the teaching reform, created characteristic majors, adhered to the school running philosophy of "quality education as the purpose, professional education as the basis, and professional skills training as the standard", focused on cultivating students' comprehensive quality and professional skills, and cultivated applied college talents for the society, which has been highly praised by employers.

In order to adapt to the development trend of "relying on enterprises to run schools, facing grass-roots education and serving local economy", since 2004, our university and printing enterprises in the province have jointly held two characteristic specialties, namely printing technology and printing image processing (plate making direction), which fill the gap in the professional field of our province, and have reached employment intention with many printing enterprises in the province, so as to provide guidance for students' future development The foundation has been laid for the industry.

Our school is a member of Shijiazhuang Animation Association, and Secretary Gao Zongmin is vice president of Shijiazhuang Animation Association. In line with the principle of "employment-oriented, industry demand-based" professional adjustment, this year, our school and Hong Kong digital animation game base jointly held animation design and production, graphics and image production two majors.

In order to improve the academic level of our college students and enhance their competitiveness in employment, our university provides a variety of ways for them to enter the undergraduate program, such as from junior college to undergraduate, from junior college to undergraduate, and from undergraduate to undergraduate.
