PLA Engineering College

Founded in 1986, the Engineering College of the Chinese people's Liberation Army is located in Xuzhou, a famous historical and cultural city in Jiangsu Province. It is an intermediate Command College for training middle-level military and political commanders, academic instructors, high-level military academic research talents and engineering unit command talents. It is the highest institution for engineering command officers.
