Harbin Media Vocational College is a full-time university approved by Heilongjiang Provincial People's government and registered by the Ministry of education. The college is located in Harbin, which is known as "little Paris in the East". It is 20 minutes' drive from the city. The college covers an area of 160000 square meters with a building area of 64000 square meters. At present, there are 134 full-time teachers, 34% of whom are associate professors or above, 44 teachers with master's degree or above and 60 teachers with double qualifications.
