The school of international education of Ocean University of China is one of the 20 established colleges of Ocean University of China. It was founded in 1999. After 11 years of development, there are more than 50 staff (including external teachers), and more than 500 students are studying every year.

As a key construction University of the national "985 Project" and "211 Project", Ocean University of China always aims to cultivate high-quality innovative talents with all-round development of morality, intelligence, sports and beauty, national spirit and sense of social responsibility, international vision and sense of cooperation and competition, scientific spirit and humanistic quality, innovative spirit and practical ability.
